Appointments at this office mean nothing. On several occasions I've shown up for an appointment and the doctor was either not present or the time I waited was ridiculously long. My last visit I waited for 4 hours (with an appointment ) and still didn't get to see the doctor because I totally lost my patience (and cool). What was so infuriating for me on that last visit was the fact that the office staff demonstrated such little respect for my time and intelligence. Whenever I inquired on the the wait time I was always offered the same patronizing response: “You're next” or “In 10-minutes”. How the hell could I be the next person for 4-hours?! Meanwhile people are going in and out, even folks who arrived after me. When I finally snapped and asked for my copayment to be refunded they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to return another day, as if one can just randomly forego work days or work hours on a whim. In the past I kept going back despite the obvious disorganization and unprofessionalism of the staff because Dr. Song is quite good at her job, but the outcome of my last visit was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I'd steer clear of this office and go somewhere where your time and business is truly valued.
