If I could give less stars I would. Do NOT do business with this place. I made a payment to my account 2 days after opening it. They payment was never processed and I was NOT alerted. Once I realized on my own that the payment wasn't applied I called customer care & they told me the BRANCH had reversed the payment but couldn't tell me why. My Interest rates shot up & payment penalties were applied. I called them for 3 days and left messages to return my calls and no one ever called me back. I finally land on a rude Rep who did NOTHING to help me, in fact she blamed ME that the payment was not made and claimed it wasn't her job to let the clients know if a payment did not go through, HELLO IT SHOULD BE AUTOMATED TO DO THAT. She argued like a high school girl at a lunch table in which I simply hung up, and now I'm dealing with the District Manager himself... Save yourself the headache and use another company!
