Unreliable Service, Unprofessional Experience
I rented from One Stop Party Shop in May 2012, and had a great experience. I decided to rent from them again in September, and this time, the experience was not so good...
To summarize, the owner didn't return my phone calls to confirm the order/pickup, the chairs were not on-site -- which leads me to believe she overbooked, and when I spoke to her in person, her attitude was very unprofessional.
Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere...
