A little upset at this place. Only reason why i give it at least a star is because its the most affordable place in Lower Manhattan. $13 for a few hours til 3am. Reason why i am upset is because overnight, they closed the gate and you have to ring the bell to get someones attention. The person who was on duty fell asleep in a customers car with the windows up. I went across the street to ask the parking garage across the street and they told me that this happens regularly and informed me to make a lot of noise to wake the guy up. He assisted me in driving a car over to honk in the garage to wake the guy up (which didnt) I was outside for a half hour before he woke up and opened the gate. The experience was not good especially at 3AM in the morning. I was very livid after that
