We bought several items from OKL and were extremely happy with our purchase and their service. My wife and i will buy from them again without any hesitation.

Beautiful furniture and amazing customer service! They answer questions promptly and efficiently. Great quality furniture too.

I ordered floor lamp and it did not come with the shade. no shade for lamp?They're joking me, right??
It's like you order monitor and only the frame came without the screen.
I called them immediately, they go.."Hmm.. there is no replacement, so you have two options here. you could either buy your own shade or return it." no apologies..

Was that the whole intention??
Very disappointed.

Poor customer service, be wary of buying anything from this site that is fragile. A friend bought glassware, 1 of the 4 was broken and OKL would not refund any money or send a new set. This happened over a year ago.

Our, more recent, experience: we ordered a 800$ glass top dining table. The delivery was supposed to take about a month. After waiting a month, we finally see that the table has arrived and we call with the shipping company to set up a time. They have lost a piece of our order. Two days later they say they found it, we arrange for them to come the following morning. Upon arrival, the glass top (which was poorly wrapped for cross country shipping AND did not have "fragile" written on it anywhere) was snapped in half. We refused the table.

No apologies were made by the company. They said if the table was available we could have another one shipped, but it would take another month. No offer to rush ship. Turns out there is no other table for us. So we are offered a refund, or, this is the best part, we can keep the broken table (which we dont even have since we refused it) for 20% off.

Again, no apologies were made by either of the rude people on the phone.

I suggest staying away from One Kings Lane. Read online about other people's experiences and you will likely agree.

Besides loving the furniture, these are nice people to do business with. I ordered a wreath which appeared to have a bright lavendar as one of the colors. When it arrived, it was not lavendar in color, but rather a dark green. I called to return it. They couldn't have been nice and processed my return promptly. Makes me want to buy more!
I do wish products could be enlarged more. I'd like an even closer "look" at some of the high ticket items so I could be sure about ordering on line.
Shipping is not that fast, but they are wonderfully particular about how they package items. Some of the best packaging I've seen and I order items on line frequently.
