bad drop in service. second time they tell me that my cloths arent ready due an unknown problem and that "a lot of people didnt get their cloths today" . what can possibly go wrong twice?

These people completely destroyed an expensive blouse and were not apologetic. The explanation was that the blouse was "made in China" Their version of a fix was to give me back my destroyed blouse and not charge me for my dry-cleaning "this time" no compensation for the ruined expensive article of clothing. in addition, the stains that were on two other pieces I gave them were still there. Do not use this place!
