Worse place to sell clothes. Even items that had tags on them they give you little or nothing for your items. I never write a review but felt that it was important to share my experience with others. I made the mistake of sending my sister to the store, they gave her a check for $38.00 for all my items. I called to find out the stores return policy and to give them back their check and take my items back. The sales person claimed they already put the items on the sales floor; I called less than an hour after my sister left. I decided to go in the store to see how much they were selling my items for, I wasn't surprised that they were selling the jeans she brought there at $ 10.00 each x 4 that's more than they gave me for the 13 items together(38.00). Your better off donating your items!

Terrible experience. Since our four year old daughter had grown out of most of her winter and summer clothes we decided to take them to Once Upon A Child. My wife inquired beforehand about what brands of clothing they accepted, what condition and how to bring them. When we arrived we were told it would take some time to process the clothing. I think about an hour. No problem since we had our daughter with us we just strolled around the store looking at the clothing and the toy section located in the back corner of the store. After about an hour I had to step outside to the parking lot to take a phone call. All of a sudden I saw my wife walking towards our car upset that they took a total of three pieces of clothing out of about two to three hundred. So I had asked her what was the explanation that they had given her? My wife said that they told her since someone else had looked at the clothing and left for the day there was nothing that they could do. Really? I lugged two huge bags all the way down three flights of stairs to my car. Drove eighteen miles to get out to the store. Waited over an hour and this is what I got? Not to mention an upset wife? Forget this place. We ended up donating the clothing to our local church to be given to children in need, not to make some store a profit. And check out Gianni Guerra with her “Thanks. K bye. Have a nice day.” remark. This is the typical attitude you get from obtuse people.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant, and pleasantly suprised! As soon as I walked in I was offered help. I was amazed by the volume of what they have for sale, my oldest is 10, and youngest is 5 months and not many stores cover that age/size range. I found amazing deals, and some clearnance (including Ralph Lauren). The girls also let me buy something that was just checked in. When I went to check out I felt the price offered for the items I sold was more than fair! They even went above and beyond, helping me to the car with my little ones! Great staff, clean store, excellent variety and quality and pleasant buying experience!

HORRIBLE place to sell. Staff is rude. Especially the woman with sandy colored short hair. She may be the owner and/or the manager of the store. Made every excuse not to buy from me. The store needs lessons on customer service. Insofar as the clothes in the store, every time I have gone in the store it is a MESS! Stuff is everywhere. A lot of the clothes look very worn. Also the store has a very musty smell as you are walking down the isles of baby gear and clothing. Not sure if its something that was in the store or the actual clothing. There are other 2nd hand baby/kids stores around so do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

A great place to buy second-hand clothes at (for the most part) a reasonable price. However, I do not recommend them for selling at all. They take only name-brand clothing or clothing with tags still attached. They will tell you they take gently-used, in-style & in-season clothing..but I found this to not be true. I found plenty of items, while searching for clothing for my children, that were stained and worn-looking. Two other lady customers that I spoke with while on line, expressed the same sentiments.
