This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. I purchased a Groupon for a jawbone and before 90 days were up it stopped working. I sent my jawbone in with a money order for return shipping along with emailing them the details for repair snd return shipping. I even placed info in the package explaining issue andreturn address. I haven't received the jawbone replacement,an email or a phone call. I have my receipt and my delivery confirmation from the post office that it was delivered to the address reference on the email and phone. I mailed my items july 5.....its August 15th..still nothing... my suggestion..DONT GROUPON EXPECIALLY FOR THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY. GROUPON WONT MAKE IT RIGHT BECAUSE ITS A 3RD PARTY...
GO WITH AMAZON... at least you will get your moey back if the seller faulters.

On Time Warranty Services Llc is horrible at providing good customer service. My experience includes, being ignored, not standing up to warranty and incorrect orders. For example, I received a defective item and I responded to their email with the item name, band color, size,and ship to address, and mail it back to 601 Lehigh Ave, Union, NJ 07083 but never received a replacement. After two months I received the wrong item. Then, no one responds to any phone calls or emails when I requested to speak with a supervisor to have issues resolved. I do not recommend this business to protect or deliver your merchandise.
