On The Spot Home Improvements

OTS was great beginning to end! We dealt with 1 main contact, Paul, for 2 jobs (roof & siding) and are about ready to sign for a 3rd job. The office assistant, Dana, and the construction guy, Roy, were all great as well. The 3 employees were prompt, VERY responsive, respectful and always courteous. Paul arrived to estimate the jobs when he said he would, the estimation was received within a day or so, the job was scheduled quickly, and the jobs were completed successfully. The work looks great and as mentioned previously, we are about to sign on for a 3rd project. We have only good things to say about On The Spot!

My Project Manager Paul told me their goal was to make me "110% satisfied", well they certainly met their objective. Everyone was always on the same page and the work was impeccable. I've already recommended them multiple times. The office staff was helpful and efficient, the crew was friendly and incredibly respectful of my family and property, the communication was timely and informative, and they even followed up after the fact to ensure I was still completely satisfied. I will definitely call them again for future projects.

Home Improvement is truly one of the most stressful experiences you can go through but On the Spot Home Improvement made the experience wonderful and smooth. The office staff is sweet and the onsite workers are on time, work diligently and are always willing to explain what they were doing. Paul Erwin, my project manager, was communicative, responsive, cooperative and detailed. His proposals outlined all the work, which lead to total transparency. Being new to home improvements and working with contractors, Paul and On The Spot Improvement, educated me on my home and how to care for it. Mike, the owner, stopped by to check on the projects and I appreciated the attention to detail that he had. If you want someone to care and do things right, I would and will always recommend On the Spot Home Improvement.

It is know that construction can be very stressful however I had an amazing experience with "On The Sport", Property Management. While it is hard to compete with large companies On The Spot is in the business for 25 years for delivering an outstanding quality and detail customer Service .Very easy to communicate. Great job.
