IF YOU ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ON THEIR SITE OR ON AMAZON BE SURE TO ASK IF THEY ACTUALLY HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK! I ordered the brown and gold diamond style Onyx tile for my sister on Amazon, after she unsuccessfully attempted to buy them on Marble N' Things who we later found out is the same vendor under another another name on Amazon (Mint Mosaics). You may also find them under the name Marbleville. She purchased samples and liked what she saw so she ordered them. It showed as 'in stock' on the website. She received a tracking number but after a week of no delivery she checked the tracking and the tile had not been sent. It just showed a pre-ship status. She called and emailed Marble N' Things but got no response. She managed to reach someone online live chat and was told that they didn't have that color available. They offered another color instead. She declined and requested a refund which took a while to receive. We saw the same tile on Amazon; again it showed as 'in stock' and I purchased it. Little did we know that the vendor was Marble N' Things. Again there was no movement on the shipping. I sent a request for status and got a call advising that they no longer have the color. They offered another color. I declined and requested a refund. The next day, a rep, Abdel, calls and advises that they found some of this tile and asked if they could stop the cancel on the order and send it. He assured my sister that it was the tile that we wanted and she agreed that he should send it. When it arrived she knew the tile was going to be in poor condition because when she picked up the box she could hear the tiles shifting around in the box. She opened the box and removed the handful of foam peanuts covering the first tile sheet, only to see poorly packed tiles. Each tile sheet had cracked, or chipped tiles. I requested a return label and refund which after much hassle I finally received. These shenanigans took 4 weeks and delayed a project. Abdel did apologize for the hassle and that was most kind of him, hence the one star.
