I live next store to a property in Harlem managed by Omni Asset Management. The property is in squalorous condition with vermin running freely, leaking roof and a backyard filled with debris. I have contacted Maritza at Omni several times, she no longer takes my calls. I want to know what is happening with this building. No one will take responsibility and nobody will speak to me.
