DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
They are not trustworthy - especially Margaret - she will tell you whatever you want to hear and then back out from any statement made before. If you want to waste your money - go with them - otherwise, look for reputable agency.

Great agents! Our realtor from here was great. She helped us find our first new home. She was so nice and friendly helping us with any and every question that we had (and we had A LOT!). She was on top always sending us new listings and she worked around our schedule. She was not pushy and gave honest answers and even gave honest opinion (since we had encounterd RE agents at Open Houses that only wanted to sell the house). She looked out for our best interest & for that we are very greatful! The best!!!

They rented me an apartment infested with Bed Bugs, took 1 day for the landlord to give me my money back and 3 weeks for Omega. After the fact re-rented the apartment to another tenant and denied knowing that the apartment was infested.
They are not honest. Do not rent from here

These people are not to be trusted. The woman there, Margaret rented me an apartment in Greenpoint. At the signing of the lease she told me it was only a 6-month lease. She said not to worry, there would not raise the rent after 6 months. 6 months later, the guy raised the rent by $100. I had to move after 6 months and they did not give me any kind of reinbursement. She denied that she ever said this. Watch the fine print.
