Great Recommendation for a Home Inspection |
The home inspection really helped me to find things that I would have never noticed. The clear report made it easy for me to understand the homes issues and exactly what I was getting myself into. Thanks to my attorney whom recommended this home inspection company to me. I will surely recommend them to my other friends and family. Very fair price for the excellent service they provided.

I have used other home inspection companies before and I must say that these guys are the best. Very thorough and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family any time that I can. True professionals!!

I used Olympian based on a recommendation by a friend that had a recent positive home inspection experience. The home inspection was very thorough and many issues turned up. Although I decided not to buy the property that was inspected, I am very happy with the services provided. I have my realtor looking for another home now and olympian will definitely get called in again once that home is found. I highly recommend that you hire them to look out for your best interests, as I have also heard nitemarish stories about my friends inspection experience when she hired a newbe discount inspector.

I used Olympian based on a recommendation by a friend that had a recent positive inspection experience. Their mold inspector arrived for the scheduled appointment well prepared and was very knowledgeable. All of the results were returned by their lab within a couple of days later, and thank God, everything was negative. If you are in need of a reputable mold inspection company to perform some mold testing in your home or potential home, I highly recommend that you give them a try.

My experience with Olympian Home Inspection was excellent. Their home inspector was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The inspection report was emailed to me and it covered all of the issues that were found on the inspection day. There was some mold in this potential home, so I may ask them to do a mold inspection involving the taking of actual samples by one of their mold inspectors to send in to the laboratory for analysis. All in all, they have been everything that I expected of a professional home inspection company and well worth the extra couple of dollars I spent.
