Home Inspection of New Construction Condo in New York City - I hired Olympian to attend the walkthrough of my condo before closing in order to help me identify any major issues and any items to include on a punch list for the builder to complete. Olympian was very professional and identified numerous issues that needed to be addressed before closing. Had I not hired Olympian, I would have closed with various items not identified that I would have most likely had to fix on my own in the future. I would definitely recommend Olympian to anyone looking for a home inspector. They are well worth the money for the peace of mind and quality inspection you receive.

The new vinyl siding installed by this company made our house look brand new. We appreciated the time they took with us to get the job done right. The colors match our outdoor furniture perfectly. It is a pleasure to sit in our yard and truly enjoy the new look. Great crew and service.

The guys were all very good. The price was rock bottom and I love my bathroom. Extremely well organized professionals. If you want the job done right you should give them a call. I am sure they can make you happy.

The finished work is just as I expected. Very good company to do business with. They were obviously well skilled and priced below average. I will definitely call upon them anytime that I need a remodeling contractor.
