Ollie's Taxi & Airport Service

Driver was very pleasant and on time. 3/4 to airport and no argument when we had to turn back because I forgot something. However, wasn't sure we'd make it. Every dashboard light was on and gas was on empty. Not feeling very safe.

I have used Ollies for 20+ years, but in the last 5 or so the service has gotten steadily worse. Some individual drivers are great, but the dispatchers never give an accuate time. A promise of 10 minutes, stretches to 45. When you arrange an airport pickup in advance, they seem to dispatch a driver only after you have landed and call in - rather than tracking the flight arrivals. The culture of giving a unrealistic time estimates extends to the drivers. They have called me and said 5 minutes, then been 20. I have been in the car 20 minutes from home and heard them call in to dispatch claiming they are 5 minutes out. Never again.

Not even a star. I use to work for these people 2+ years ago. I now own my own taxi company in Philadelphia. But check this. I went in there for the hell of it. First all these people look like there on dope. Anyways i filled application and put $7 on table for abstract. These people lost the $7 and telling me i took it. Very unprofessional. So every body leaves then this jerk tells me i was riding wild out there last year. Now this jerk is so doped out i was about to laugh at his face. Like i really need your job. People on longisland. Do not take this cab company . all island yellow, all island, . they are liars. And %75 of drivers do drugs. They do not drug test or do background checks. When i was in there i had a recording device. Now im taking them to court for unprofessional services. Discrimination of employeee. False information against driver. And not doing state federal background checks and drug test. Thanks for reading

I often travel alone. I depend on Olie's to get me to and from the airport. Cars are clean. Drivers are helpful and polite. Overall - dependable and pleasant!

Great Cars! Great Drivers! I was late getting ready for the airport but the driver was patient & helped me with my suitcases & got me there safe & fast. I'd recommend this place to EVERYONE!
