Discriminating staff. They'll only pay attention to you if you look wealthy and arrogant. I was honestly going to buy a pair of their expensive sunglasses but their customer service was so bad that they only spoke to me on my way out of the store.

Fantastic customer service by Melissa. Attentive, kind, gave my puppy some water too. Bought a pair of the Bernardo sunglasses - fits perfectly, thanks!

Nope. On top of the fact that we are paying full price for even the most busted up frames on display and that the workers here are rude, I feel like the quality of the frames have went down. I bought two pairs, one sunglasses and one prescription...both have defects (one even looks like a bug died in it).

MJ, PAUL, MICHAEL. these guys are like my family. I came in here to get a pair of glasses that would really make a statement -- true to my expectations, I get asked about them everywhere i go. they truly care about their customers. expensive as f*ck, but worth it. love y'all!!! I am overdue for a visit ;)

Great service! Staffs here are very nice! Love the glasses, big fan of them. If you have a chance, go in and try them! It could be a little bit pricey but it is really worth the money.
