I have been an Oliver Peoples fan since the beginning, ...in fact I have been a private Brand Ambassador.
The product is and always has been beautiful
I shop there, my kids shop there,I have bought product from their stores in NY and Chicago
I have bought the brand at Aspen Optical in Scottsdale and Robert Marc in NY.
TODAY...they lost me and I will never GO BACK!.
For the second time, (the first time I thought it was the salesperson)....after spending hundreds of dollars on putting new lenses in a pair of valuable and classic frames..I was refused a case for my glasses.
I was given a useless pouch and told that the cameras were watching and I could not get a case without a charge.
I am flabbergasted, disgusted and have dozens of choices where I will be treated like a customer.
Good bye Oliver Peoples.... Hello Morgenthal Frederics!
