I have actually been to this location a few times and never remember having any issues. Food is always good, service is decent and it's never been an unreasonable wait time.
They won't get a perfect score from me though, and that is because of the waiter we just had on Friday night. He must have been new because he seemed a little overwhelmed. He was a very nice guy, very friendly but not very attentive. We asked to try some wine, that took forever. Then we asked for a bottle of wine, that took even longer.
I would go back to this location.

The food is good, dishes, salad n desserts are exceptional but expensive.

Pretty good Italian food for the price. Go at lunch time, otherwise expect to wait a while to be seated.

Get here EARLY! I found out through trial and error that the earlier you get here the better it is! Everything I've ordered when the kitchen is not over worked has come out on time, tasty and with top quality service.

Have been coming to thus restaurant since as long as I can remember. Over the years they have been getting cheaper and cheaper. Now we have to pay 4 bucks to have any Alfredo sauce served at all with breadsticks.
