Great Holiday sales.

The worst old Navy. One staff member was incredibly rude didn't want to ring me up because I have a lot of items and said to hurry up. absolute worst store do not recommend it at all

Definitely upgraded their store and the shopping experience compared to what it used to be.

Decent Old Navy location. It isn't usually crowded which is great for getting in and out quickly. The racks could use some organization as there are often clothes tossed around. The staff here is friendly, but could be more attentive.

EDITED NOTE: I was thrilled that on my last visit on April 2014, Old Navy improved their store decor, ambiance and the much urgently needed makeover has been completed. The overall shopping experience was significantly better. The reason I rated now 4 stars.

I like OLD NAVY clothing. But this store in particular needs a complete makeover and they need to urgently invest in store displays. Many times, I have the urge to buy but seeing clothes poorly displayed, to me, its not visually attractive. A few extra mannequins and body forms, would help. They also need to hire more store personnel. I should add that they should hire, a more people-oriented workforce. Sometimes, I need an item which is displayed high, and I can't find a sales associate to assist. One thing I do like its their ability to keep up with all seasons, offering a great selection of items, in an array of beautiful colors. Would recommend if you don't care about poorly displayed clothing.
