Stay away from OLD DOMINION. William Dederick is a dishonest man. Do not trust him. Trust me, stay far away from this business. He will be very quick to get your deposit then will not get you the loan he promises. I got taken for $1500.00. Mr.Dederick is untrustworthy and he knows what he is doing.

I own a small but growing business. Mr. Bill Dederick was able to help me acquire a business loan when banks were unwilling to work with me and my company. I would therefore recommend Bill and his company to other businesses that are having the same negative experiences with their bank. He insisted in funding our transactions quickly and satisfied our needs.

YES THATS RIGHT . N YOUR ALL CORRECT . BILL DEDERICK N HIS MOM ROB , CHEET N STEEL . HE TOOK THOUSANDS FROM ME AND NEVER PAID IT BACK AS OF 6/28/13... HE BOUGHT A TWO FAMILY HOUSE AT 200 ROSELAND AVE IN CALDWELL N.J. . N LIVES ON THE 2 ND FLOOR . PLEASE SUE AS I AM FOR EVERY THING HE HAS. BUT WATCH OUT HE PUT EVERY THING ON HIS MOMS NAME SO IF U TRY TO SUE HE CLAIMS HE BROKE OR POOR . SEE HIM EVERY NIGHT DRINKING AT CLEVELANDS ON BLOOMFIELD AVE . TRYING TO DRINK AWAY HIS SORROWS.. I LOST A LONE ALL SO BECAUSE OF HIM N HIS STAFF . THERE ALL IN ON IT ...SEE U IN JAIL SOON .....AND MOMMY CAN'T GET U OUT ....

I'm writing this hoping that you will not make the same mistake I did, chosing old dominon for a refinance.
-They did not complete my refinance, the rate expired.
-They held onto my depsoit for 1 year, refusing to return it, making up stories that the lender had it. I called the lender and they did not.
-My friend also had a bad experience getting his money returned.
-Actually have to threaten/intimidate them to get the money back.
PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE...BILL IS VERY QUICK TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT EXTREMLY HARD TO GET IT BACK.
