A bit expensive but the food is always good

Worst experience I ever had in my life. Found hair in food and was accused by the staff that I put it there to get free food. I was willing to pay and leave a tip but owner refused. Went next door to avenue east and it was great. Waiters waited outside for us to leave and accused us of planting hair in the food. And accused us of a crime. I do not understand how this business is still around. The food was horrible and the service was horrible.

Customer service is touch and go. The owner seems friendly, and we can always get a table. But the food is quite bland. Not overly excited to try it again.

The best middle east restaurant, excellent food and amazing attention! I usually go even to Manhattan looking for good middle east food but after trying many ones I can stop looking. Awesome Kibbe Balls, Shawarma, Falafel and Kafta Kebab dishes. Totally recommend it.

Just moved to the area... I've been going to this restaurant for months now customer service is ALWAYS absolutely HORRIBLE! I called for carryout one evening (during the week) and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called back 5 minutes later and the waitress was complaining to me (yelling) that she was extremely busy and that she will take my order 2 minutes.... 10 minutes later she literally picks up and hangs up on me. I called back immediately after and it went to voicemail THREE times. I understand that the restaurant can get busy, but I didn't expect the waitress to take it out on a loyal customer. Enough is enough...I will NEVER go back to this place.
