Old Bridge Spine and Wellness

I had a very positive experience with the old bridge spine and wellness center. The staff took great care of my three year old while I was doing physical therapy with dr Mike as well as chiropractic care and nutritional consults with dr Anna. Mike was able to find the root of my problems and quickly assisted to abolish my neck pain within the first week. The second week came and I had some more pain and that is when he took the time to really go over how I sleep what I do at work as a speech therapist and how I take care of my child. After several suggestions, I modified what I do at work and within my household that really helped. Dr Anna was amazing at adjusting my back and making me feel like a new woman again. Overall, I have never been to a facility that takes as much time as dr Mike and dr amna did with my three year old and myself. Anyone with any discomfort, I give my highest recommendation to give them a shot.

Before going to Old Bridge Spine and Wellness, my wife was sick of hearing me complain about how badly my feet hurt. After about a month's worth of sessions, I'm happy to report that my wife doesn't have to hear me utter the words, "My feet hurt," any more! During my sessions, Dr. Mike worked with me to get my feet from "barkin' dogs" to "snoozin' pups." Not only does he know his stuff, but he (like the rest of the staff) is a nice guy who made a potentially boring/tedious experience rather pleasurable.

Overall, the facility is clean, orderly, and efficient.

And everyone who works there is nice. They all pretty much knew my name by my second visit. It's like.. the "Cheers" of the physical therapy world.

I can confidently say that should I ever have any long-lasting aches and pains or a debilitating injury, the first people I'll go see are the ones at Old Bridge Spine and Wellness (well, I'd probably go to a doctor to get a referral first, but I think you get the gist).

After suffering with undiagnosed upper back/neck discomfort for over a year, I was frustrated and discouraged, beginning to assume that I would never feel pain-free again. I had gone to countless doctors- orthopaedics, neurologists, spine specialists, etc. Finally, I was recommended to go to Old Bridge Spine and Wellness. Almost two months later, I am still going a few times a week and can honestly say it was an amazing decision and my only regret is that I wish I had gone sooner!! Dr. Amna and Dr. Reshma saw me on my first day for a thorough evaluation. They ordered me an MRI and I started treatment right away. Currently I have treatment a few times a week from Dr. Dan for dry needling, Dr. Amna for chiro, Dr. Reshma for PT, and Mayra for massage. I cannot thank these wonderful people enough-- Because of them, my pain/discomfort in my back and neck has significantly decreased, and I feel stronger, healthier, and happier since I started receiving treatment here. The ENTIRE team at OBSAW are incredible-- hardworking & dedicated to their patients, professional, very knowledgable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Truly an amazing facility!

Top notch from the doctors to the receptionists. I sustained an injury and debated if u should go to the ER that day. A coworker told me to come here and it was the best decision. Mike did my evaluation and ordered an MRI. He treated me that day and the MRI results the next day proved him right. A week later, I have not missed a day of work and I have minimal pain. My worst days are the days I'm unable to get treated by the staff here. Everyone is very friendly and they will know you on a first name basis.

Mike's fast and accurate diagnosis saved me time ( not having to go to multiple doctors), money, and allowed me to not miss a beat of my life without even taking Ibuprofen. I look forward to having this caring and professional staff treat me for anything that does require stitches.

I was suffering from severe back pain that felt better within a week of starting and has been completely resolved after just two months! Dr. Amna is AMAZING! You can tell she loves what she does and she genuinely cares for her patients. In fact, everone there is super dedicated to what they do, all really warm and friendly. The office is run very efficiently as well. It's rare to see so many hard working, dedicated, and truly caring people under one roof.
