Old Bridge ATA Martial Arts

The Old Bridge school is a great school to train in. The school has a very friendly environment and the instructors are great and willing to help.

When my daughter’s interest peaked to learn Tae Kwon Do, my search for the right school began. I was looking for a school where instructors took the time to meet their students and taught them to develop important life skills such as responsibility, discipline, and respect in addition to teaching them Tae Kwon Do. The Old Bridge ATA was clearly at the top of the list compared to all the other local Tae Kwon Do schools. My daughter quickly took to the staff and they did a great job working with each student individually to teach them both the physical and mental aspects of Tae Kwon Do while instilling the life values I was looking for. My daughter has been with Old Bridge ATA for the last 3 years and has grown from a shy and quiet girl into one with confidence, respect, and leadership. They have taught her to ‘act like a black belt’ wherever she goes and reiterate other core values like integrity, goals, and attitude.
I have also joined the ATA family and can personally attest that the instructors take the time to teach proper techniques and mental disciplines, while incorporating leadership and discipline into each class. I appreciate the self defense aspect of our classes too. If you are looking for a quality ATA school, the McInerney Family has ATA schools in Old Bridge, Parlin, Marlboro, and Jackson NJ.
