Recently purchased an office chair with a plan and the chair starts to fall down by itself, called to get a replacement and is offered up a gift card to replace the chair. If I wanted a new chair that lasted for a long time, this company isn't where I'd buy from, especially if they don't send replacement parts.

Your better off buying a printer and printing at home. Worst print center ever!!

I got all the help I needed the associates were friendly I was worried when I had read all the previous reviews but it wasn't a bad experience and yes they still seem severely under staffed so make time f you are going to officemax

Just pulled up to office max at 630 and they were closed. The website says they close at 7. When I called a rude and hurried employee told me they actually closed at 6. This location is the WORST regarding EVERYTHING. They have like 2 1/2 employees and the color printer is always broken. Terrible just terrible with no signs of improving.
