My Experience at Off Lease Auto Sales was absolutely amazing. I went to the dealership at around 10 o'clock at night and even though it was late the customer service was absolutely amazing. I had no intention on buying a car that night but the service was exceptional and they gave me a great deal. if you need a car where people have integrity I highly recommend Off Lease Auto Sales.

I bought a BMW 2014 i was so satisfied with the car! I had personal attention from the staff which was extremely helpful, so many selections to choose from and was very patience with me! i would definetly recommend this place for others. worth a try!!!!

This is the worst sales experience ive ever had. The customer service was the worst. I spoke to two sales reps, Joe and Christina and i had the worst experience. I gave up on joe first because of rudeness and requested another sales rep. Christina, acted to be so busy by never returning calls or even taking a pictire of car for me . So i spoke with sales manager, Nathan, who was even worse. They dont want to sell cars. They are good at being rude and incompetent . I had check ready and had to back out.

Horrible Hottinle. I got a 2005 Lexus there less than 30 days ago. Since I left the lot I've had nothing but issues with the car. I call almost every day to get the car fixed and I keep getting the runaround. People say that they going to order things like my car needs tires the tires horrible on the car heinformed their mechanic that there were many repairs that need to be done on the car. They told him that they were going to fix the sway bar link bushings and they did not fix anything. My mechanic didn't look or check to see if the work was done afterwards because he waitedwow they fix the car supposedly and thought that since he waited that they would actually fix what needed to be fixed. So my car kept being tossed around when I hit bumps when I drive over 65 the car is shaking.I don't feel safe in the car. So I was calling every day to speak with Christina and she never returns phone calls. And now the owner is away on vacation. And no one is trying to help me. They're saying these things are not covered under the lemon law but I know that they are. Also even if they weren't covered under the lemon law they promised that they fix these things prior to me purchasing the car. Now I'm stuck with the car payment and so many repairs over $1200 worth of repairsand it hasn't even been 30 days yet. Do not buy purges finance anything from this dealership. Go to a legit dealership. Every time I calleveryone seems annoyed but I always say put yourself in my shoes I'm driving in an unsafe car. And things will promise to me that weren't done. And I just put down $1100 already on this car to finance it and now I would have to put out more money to fix it.if I would've known that all of these repairs had to be done on this car I would have never purchased the car.
