Oceanside Metro Service

The lights in the play area have not worked since November 2015 .And it is in need of repair and attention. Badly in need of attention.
But if you are just there for the food , it McDonald's Nuff said!

I agree with the other reviews, I been in the inside of this store and found 3 out of 5 visits there was sticky goo all over the floor by the soda machine (kids probably split the sodas) napkins were stuck and all over the floor. My sneakers were sticking and making that sound as you took steps. the size of the burgers have gotten so small, and as the other reviewer you are correct the BIG mac sound be renamed the big mac...as it shrunk in size almost 50% ( you should watch the documentary..."super" size me to find MacDonald's adds too much salt and sugar (yep...sugar the fries and buns...really good for you.

If Mayor Bloomberg wants us to drink 16oz of sugary sodas only, he should tell MacDonald's, they have to omit adding the extra sugar to their products like burgers, fries...to keep it in the soda and ice cream/coffee...

YOU have to re check your orders even from the counter....I ordered 4 hamburgers with NO cheese (as my husband is Lactose intolerant) with 2 big macs 2 orders of large fries, and 2 double cheese burgers (for my son). I figured it was packaged correctly...but when my husband unwrapped his...he found they all were cheese burgers. He tried to take off the cheese...but it was too hard to....so i took them back and had to wait 20 minutes. By the time I got back the fries of my own meal was ice cold...

I am not sure but it seems the magic is lacking it's old prestigious luster and seems the workers are no longer interested in selling a Good quality product but more so in HOW many $$$ they sell.

It's dirty and the service sucks the employees are always on there phone when you order your food you get cold fries everytime I waited 20 min for 2 snack wraps n large fries for my son I wanted to call corporate and the manager are a bunch of fools told me the receipt machine was down the drive thru is even worse

The so called "BIG MAC" was smaller than the cheeseburger I had. Out of the three cheeseburgers I ordered, two of them were missing the cheese.
The salt content of there food is so fricken high. I was spitting cotten balls for the next three hours. The cost to eat at McDonald's keeps getting larger and larger........ And the quality and size keeps getting less and less.....
I have to agree......... Disgusting .

Where's the Magic? The only magic I can see, is how this franchise stayed in business as long as they have.... Or perhaps the magic is trying to keep that lump of salty grease down dispute that over whelming feeling to give it up............

People who say McDonalds is gross don't understand the magic. McDonalds is fantastic. This McDonalds is fine.
