I want to give Daniel and Oceanic Repair Services an outstanding review. They deserve it. I recently had an issue with ice building up in the bottom of my refrigerator, and then creating pools of water on the floor. I had tried to solve it on my own, by looking at YouTube videos, but was not able to find the issue. So I looked up the registered service providers for my refrigerator model and then started to call.
I called a few companies, and got a few quotes for how much it would cost for them to come out and diagnose the problem. After I placed the calls, I went online to check for online reviews and the companies that I had just called had horrible reviews. So I was very motivated to find a reputable company. Oceanic Repair Services was the only appliance repair company in my area of NJ that had some good reviews. So I gave them a call.
Immediately my experience was different from the other companies. I spoke with Daniel, who was very helpful and asked detailed questions in order to diagnose the problem. At the end of the questions he know exactly what the issue was and how to solve it. He said there was no part that was broken, and that if I was handy he could tell me how to fix it. So, he did and 3 hours of my work later, the refrigerator was fixed.
This is a company that is run with the right customer focus. I highly recommend them. If you need appliance repair this is the company to go to.
