I went there for an hour massage. Even if you made an appointment, they seem very confused and mess up the time and date of your appointment. The boss, Yuki, is very pushy. She kept pushing you to get the Aromatherapy. So you may ended up paying for the massage, $55 dollar plus $30.00.

Went there for a deep tissue massage which was very week (deep tissue massage should be very strong). Service was poor so I didn't feel like paying a tip. I payed the total for the massage which was around $140 for two people and was about to leave when I heard something "you have to pay a tip". I got frozen for a sec...never heard anything like this before. From when the tip is mandatory? Maybe in Asia but surely Not in U.S. and Europe. Anyway after short conversation in Chinese-English I was told again that I have to pay a 15% tip. Finally, I didn't want to listen to them so I gave them $20 and left…
