first time going to get one of my heels replaced. must say....VERY VERY RUDE. all he wanted was " GIIVE ME MONEY!!!!!" there was no please or thank you. not professional at all... cant wait to just get my shoe back. seriously a bad store. i dont know how to emphasize this any more. DONT GO!!!
