Updating my previous review. Was able to return to the studio & so long as ride (as much as possible) I feel good & both aches & pains from old injuries + past ortho surgeries combined with asthma are improved. Stephanie, the owner, is lovely and accommodating to everyone`s comfort. I don`t believe reports stating that spinning causes bulky leg muscles. Pilates Reformer does much for me but it wash`t until I really got into spinning that my metabolism got back to it`s old form. Other than fat-burning & weight loss, in women it tones the core, lifts the booty & sculpts the legs. That report was somebody`s sour grapes. Anyway check them out, intro class is free & they sometimes run Groupon & other specials.
