Prescription was received on July 1 but no one acted on it till I called on July 12th. The supplies division said that they need payment and I pointed out that they have my card on the file. I was told that the card is with billing not with them (weird) so I gave made the payment over the phone.
I put in special request to send the sleep mask ASAP as my existing mask was leaking. Called up on July 25th (today) and was informed that the mask is on the way and for some unknown reason the warehouse did not process the order causing the delay.
Very unprofessional organization. I will ask doctor to route the prescription to other company next time.
