Saved my butt! I decided to book this place last minute due to rain. I had a labor day barbecue planned and due to the rain -thats NYC for ya- I gave the owner a last minute call and he gave me a great price. I just booked another party there for my grand daughter. Its clean. Bath rooms are new and clean. Its easy to set up and great parking!

I had a party there recently and this place was just perfect for what we had. The bridal shower worked out very well. The location was quiet just off atlantic ave. I live by jamaica queens so it was easy to go back and fourth. The parking space was enough for over 50 cars. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their time here. Its very intimate and clean.
