Wanted to see the doctor I met at Englewood hospital, he was great. Unfortunately when I went to his office for my appointment the woman at the front desk was completely rude, I ended up canceling my appointment on the spot and walking out. Even when I called early today to make an appointment another woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and rushed me off, hung up on me before I could even ask my final question or say thank you. As much as I wanted to come and see this doctor there "professional" front desk has now made me never want to return.
