Oasis Chevrolet

I needed to bring in my 2014 Traverse for a recall that needed to be fixed, and also a routine oil change. Customer service is always so helpful and accommodating. This is my fourth vehicle I have had with Oasis Chevy and I keep going back because they have the best Customer Service all around and everyone is always so pleasant. Marco Powell was great. Very patient, informative, and knowledgeable. Even though we didn't go with the Chevy Silverado because Chevy just wasn't our first choice, Marco was great. If I ever decide I want something other than the Chevy truck, I will go to Oasis to see what they have to offer because I know we can trust him.

Never buy a used car at Oasis Chevrolet because later you will have massive problems with the car like i am having know, I bought a 2009 Lexus IS 250 and my brakes and radio are having problems and they don't want to help me with the problems that I having, and later you are stuck paying out of your pocket for the massive problems that you are having with the car. After 3 Months of having this car it's all problems and Oasis Chevrolet doesn't care about there customers or even helping them with the problems that they are having they just want your money and selling the car as quickly as possible.

They sell used cars on a high price without telling you the problems that they are having with the car , and don't trust the car fax because it can say no problem and later after you bought the car it has massive problems.

I would like to express my gratitude to Oasis Chevrolet Service team for helping me out replacing transmission on my RV. 5 other Chevrolet dealers in Monmouth county weren't up to the challenge dealing with my issue and 31' unit that weighs 14,000 lbs. Service team was great. Job was done right and fast.

They offered me great service, helped choose the right car, which it was my Malibu 2015. Marco Powell showed me different types of cars as well as details in each one of them. A very knowledgeable agent and at the same time very friendly where this is important to gain the customers trust. Also the fact that he is available for any doubts or questions and will directly help you. Overall the finance manager Jason was great as well. Friendly and charismatic.
