The correct address is 380 Irvington Avenue, not 453 Morris Avenue. This place is a rent subsidized housing projects with the worst history of drugs and violence in the city. The current owners are remolding the 380 and 350 buildings, and I have no idea what they are doing where the 400 building stood, but it is like putting lipstick on a pig. It is still drug infested and a horror to go near. I don't know what kind of people manage it, because they built places downtown and moved in the same type of people you find at all housing projects, tearing up the place and it looks awful. They have a senior "mid income' place in Rahway that is nearly $800 a month plus all utilities,; what senior can live there and eat? My advice, stick to regular apartments. You're safer.
