I recently had a cleaning at Oakwood Dental Arts. The hygienist was very nice she explained everything she was doing she also gave me helpful tips on brushing and flossing. I was having a little bit of pain so I came back in to do the filling they told me I needed; I never had such a great experience at the dentist and I am no longer in pain.

I've received great dental service at this dental office; from the Doctor, hygenist and staff alike. All positive. After having gone to another dentist for years, I am happier with the services here. And I love the view of the Outerbridge right from my seat.

Beware of Oakwood Arts because they could put your health in danger- I have been going to the other office but it is run by some owner who don't supervisor their business at all and that is why it is is unprofessional and incompetent- I had several extractions in past year- but never had a plan temp denture or permanent until a check up in spring- now you would think a dentist would be on a plan to replace several missing teeth but not this place- so I was not thriled with exam with Dr. Savino who looked in my mouth less than two minutes and had literally no discussion about my dentures but he discovered a crown with the denture was denied by my union = a denial like a year ago meaning the staff responsible for reviewing a denial should have alerted the dentist to resubmit - no not here because there is no supervision- I had asked for a consul then with another dentist when I went last month- a Dr. Rao- He mumbled something and ran off- ??? what??? so unprofessional but I knew he submitted something to my union for approval- but how and why without explaining what it was to me or what I need done??? I mean don't dare treat me like this- so I called the office and rude airheads are basically un =running the oakwood arts so they said have another consult which was today - so i got up early for my 1120 appt- There was Dr. Rao again- He saw me an hour later- spoke for a minute when I wanted to discuss the serious rental issues I have - and sends in the hygienist to discuss- what?? how disrespectful and who do you are??if a patient wants explanation of all kind of work and approvals from the union- you owe it as this is your job !!!- I didnt get thatd but he refused to further discuss and ha airhead secy tell me this- I am trying to care for my heath and they are endangering my health- I am seeking a professional dentist elsewhere - but there is going to be alot of follow up--I am sure this type of work is unprofessional and incompetent and unethical
