The place is beautiful. Very quiet and clean; away from the busy streets. The apartments are very spacious & modern which we love. It's a good area and minutes away from neighboring cities like Montclair and Nutley. Bloomfield high school and college are a few blocks away and they're across from each other. Plenty of places to eat at and a daycare nearby too. So far we've had no major issues...we love the place and can't wait until the pool & lounge area are finished! Hopefully before the summer ends :-) Also Adam the property manager is very nice & responsive when contacted with any issues.

I've been living at Oakes Pond for almost a month now and I couldn't be happier. The property is well maintained. The apartments are spacious and modern and their is always plenty of parking for residents and visitors. The management and staff are great. They respond quickly and are always friendly and professional. My husband and I are looking forward to the construction of the club house being completed so that we can enjoy the amenities.

We love it here, this is how it suppose to be.
The many people that we met were so nice,
My wife and I can't wait for the club house to open and enjoy this beautiful place. We thank the whole staff, great job.

Great place to live. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Neighbors are very friendly!! Like everyone else I can't wait until the clubhouse opens.

My wife and I love our apartment, large size bedrooms, plenty closet spaces, and love, love the walk-in shower. We can't wait for the club house, gym, and pool. Diana and Adams are great and very friendly.
