Horrible. The worst part beside the horrible manager and maintenance, was each month you must mail a check with a slip of paper. They have not moved into the 21st century. If you are even late by a day they charge you $50. Do yourself a favor and heed this advice. Do not move in.

the apartment manager and his wife are both waste. and the hekemian does not know that they need to provide maintenance to the apartment, they have old a/c, fridge, gas stove, they don't replace it , hekemian knows only to collect rent every month. once u leave the apartment they paint so that they have to get a new tenant. dont ever move in to these apartments or any of hekemian apartments
