If you're into the neo-gothic, drapey, black-on-black look, this is the spot for you. Think Rick Owens without the larger than life price tag. The sales here are decent.

Worst online experience of my life. There are no actual customer service representatives that you can talk to, just email some random customer service address and wait for a reply. It would usually take 7-10 days to receive a reply. I have been trying to exchange an incorrect item for almost 2 full months. Currently I have been waiting for the backwoods shipping company that they use (OnTrac) to deliver my standard overnight shipped package for 4 days. OnTrac's website says it won't be delivered until the 31st. If you can't promise Overnight Shipping, don't offer it! If you can't keep up with customer service demands via email, use a 1-800 number like a real company! If I could cancel everything and get my money returned to me, I would. I would NEVER SHOP WITH OAK NYC AGAIN!

Oak is a very trendy upscale menswear boutique shop, that purchased a designer suite form last year. It is quite expensive but carries very high quality brands. I recommend it visiting them.
