You either go to this place because you want to hang with laid back locals, singing Billy Joel at the top of your lungs or because you want a good burger. For ~$7, you get one of the best burgers that is juicy, cooked just as you like (medium, please) with some of the best crispy and salty fries ever. Try the chicken strips and onion rings , too. Not too oily and so crispy with killer buffalo sauce.

Great bar, good bartenders very easy going, awesome bloody marry and if you walk all the way trough the bar there is a door that leads to a small restaurant which very charming and food is great, never had a bad meal there, grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite

The neighborhood bar that isn't an old man bar but isn't full of guidos either. O'Sullivan's is the kind of bar that you go for a quick beer when you get off the subway after work but end up staying for dinner.
Their burgers, fries and onion rings are a must. You may want to try their Shepard's pie as well. The seating area is a bit small in the back but that kind of adds to the charm of the place.
