My wife and I recently purchased a home in Long Island and have noticed an odor coming from our plumbing system. In addition, we have been experiencing issues with water pressure. Mr. O'Keefe came to our home and walked me through his assessment. He even took the time to outline the issue so I would have a better understanding of the problem. The best way to describe him is a plumber with a doctor's bedside manner. He was able to correct the issue, and considering the amount of time he spent with me, I'd say his price was fair compared to others. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Excellent service! I had several broken pipes in the basement, and everything was discussed with me beforehand, so there were no surprises. The men came when promised, and finished when promised.
