I completed my second trip to O.Dibella yesterday after they neglected to provide us with all of the pieces for our rented drum kit. Upon setting up yesterday, we realized we were still missing pieces. When I called, I spoke to an employee named Les, who was apologetic and sympathetic about my desire to not return to the store a third time in the past 3 days. He offered to come hand deliver the remaining parts and to also look over the drum kit to make sure we absolutely had everything we needed. I'm still a little irked that this is a problem in the first place, but they are doing their best to make it right.

WATCH OUT!!! I paid almost $2,000 for a "new" Mesa Boogie amp off the floor. When I told Mike Odibella that I didn't want a floor model nor especially pay full price for one, Mike said that whether floor model or not they are considered brand new as that's how Mesa works and the amp was not on the floor for very long and barely had any use. Meanwhile, only 3 weeks later I had problems with the amp... Took it to a tech who said some of the preamp tubes were dead. I called up mesa with the serial number and they told me they sold the amp to Mike 7 years ago! I paid full price for a 7 yr old, used amp. The amp was dusty when I got it but I trusted Mike. This guy is dishonest and and I would not buy any floor models from this guy.

Ordered the Akai had a Mpk49 from them on Ebay, it took nearly two weeks for delivery. and when it did arrive the thing had a short in the power input so it turned on twice and for about 4 seconds then and it has a popped (broken) key. i'm out two hundred dollars to these crooks. don't trust them.
