These guys follow the old sleezeball tactic of "get the customer in the door before you make them an offer." They know it is more difficult for the customer to say "no" to an offer in the dealership than over the phone. Thus, Rosanna Batista and Victor Abad, salespersons, dragged me down to the dealership promising to put me in a car that day. I took a bus, train and walked 2 miles, only to be given a horrible offer. Then Rosanna called me and e-mailed me back to harass me and said I had a bad attitude. I got a car later that day at the Route 46 Automall in Totowa. Go there, not here...just LOOK at all the bad reviews for this place. I wish I had...
