I dont know what wrong with this precint.. The Washington heights, inwood section is out of control,. Its like the people that live in these areas run the show.. Car double parked all night blasting music, people playing cards dominos in plain sight on the sidewalks smoking hookas drinking .. Its like a club in the streets.. People bbq on the side walks.. The quality of life is horrible up there.. And where are the cops driving around as if they dont see or hear any of it.. Im originally from queens ny. Never was this type of behavoir allowed in the part of queens i lived before.. cops responded and took action asap.. You would nevert see people bbq or smoking hookas especially drinking in public.. This precint needs a shape up or clean up.. Paying all this overtime to these officers to hangout also! Im latino and that doesnt mean I condone latin people destroying the quality of life in their neighborhoods..
