Working with NYC Cleaners was a fantastic experience. We had a major fire at our apartment and they were able to completely remove all the smoke damage from the carpets that survived. Honestly, they came back better than new. Moreover, working with David was a breeze. He picked up our carpets on the same day we called for a quote and was very responsive throughout the process. We will not hesitate to use their services again.

NYC Cleaners was highly responsive and the technician arrived promptly, provided a fair rate and my carpets look like new. In addition he provided comprehensive information on long-term care for my carpets. I highly recommend this service!

I called and was happy to see how quick they sent someone over. I was not expecting to get such fast service. I was also nervous since this is the first time I have ever had my area rug+two sofas cleaned. They were FILTHY! Thanks to David, I was able to see how filthy they were. I am most defintly going to use this company again and they should be happy to have him on board.

NYCleaners Brooklyn are excellent. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with their service. My oriental rug and sectional couch both look amazing! I would highly recommend NYCleaners.

David came over today to clean my mattress which was in desperate need of cleaning. It had been neglected for several years with stains of all kinds. I thought it would never look good again. I was also worried that it was contributing to my allergies. I was beyond happy with in service. He talked me through the process and showed me everything as it happened. Also gave suggestions for future maintenance. If I ever need my mattress cleaned again, I will definitely call on him! Thank you DAVID!
