I cancelled my trip before the date. I called and emailed multiple times, two weeks later, still no refund.
Still have been emailing them, was told they refunded my money, still did not get anything (a week ago)
Called and spoke to someone about the issue, directly forwarded him the email conversation where they said they would refund me. He said that someone would get back to me to sort it out. This was 5 days ago and nothing.
Speaking to my credit card company to have this sorted out.
