Horrible service I went to see a car on Sunday and I liked it so I told the associates I would return the next day with a deposit in hand I show up and they were mid sale with another customer they did not contact me and let me know there was another buyer for the vehicle also I returned the following day because the sale the vehicle did not happen and to put a deposit on the vehicle but the sales associate told me they can negotiate one price and then later told me I had to pay a different price more importantly the manager came in and had no customer service skills there were several problems with the car and he was not willing to fix the most important one and had a horrible attitude

My name is Nancy bought a car from this dealership.First it started by me trying to find a specific vehicle i wanted i went to 5 different dealership in Northenblvd and Queensblvd and all of them was advertising a unreal Price . Then i started to do some research on Google and i saw this dealership name was nycmotorcars i saw that they have in stock the car that i want and the budget i was looking for i call them right away and i did a appointment with a nice and professional sales person name was Kevin Tavarez he spoke both language English and Spanish i felt more contable talking in Spanish he was the perfect person to talk to very honest he help me out to get everything done in 30 min the price was exact price they advertised. I Really Recommend them and if you dont speak english you could ask for Kevin he would find the way to make it happend.
