We used NYC Glass Works to build an office for our newest partner. We received three competing bids from general contractors who were going to actually construct a new office as opposed to the prefabricated solution that NYC Glass Works provides. The "estimates" were $20,000-30,000 for a small interior corner office, i.e., it only needed two walls installed between an existing column. Furthermore it took more than 2 weeks for us to receive the estimates from the general contractors after contacting them. Then, they said it would be 4 weeks to complete construction. During which time of course there would be a crew and dust in our work space. NYC Glass Works provided a final estimate within 3 days and even provided a good initial estimate over the phone the first time we contacted them. The estimate and final cost was 1/2 to 1/3 the estimates we received from the GCs and the entire project was done in two office visits over the course of a week with no construction and minimal disruption to our space. Kudos to my wife for thinking outside the box and finding NYC Glass Works. They do great work and I highly recommend them.
