Had my massage and a facial today. And, while the staff was very friendly and polite, i did not like the actual service. The massage lasted only 45 minutes, not one hour like paid for, and my facial was done poorly, alot was missed. The lady was distracted and unprepared, kept coming in and out of the room for supplies. The room itself is noisy, due to the noise from outside, and the music was so low, i could not relax at all. To finish off, i was told that the next client was already waiting and upset. i was rushed and did not enjoy it........will not be going back
