There's not enough words to express how thankful I am with the staff of NYC Footcare. I would like to start off by saying Dr. Oliver Zong is amazing in what he does. I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor until I met him. It took me 3 years to decide if I really wanted surgery. As a concerned patient I would always ask questions, from how much I have to pay out of pocket if insurance wouldn't cover to how can I get in contact with someone if its 12 am and I get hurt right after the surgery. I can truly say that all my questions were answered before seeing Dr. Zong and Dr. Powerman. The staff is very professional. Starting with the manager, receptionist and medical assistant. These girls are the meaning of excellence. The patience they had for me is phenomenal. After speaking to the manager I was convinced that Dr. Oliver Zong had to see my feet. First I saw Dr. Powerman and the following week I met with Dr. Oliver Zong to make my final decision. Speaking to him made me realize I was making the right decision. I had 4 hammertoes and 2 tailor bunions done. Now that I'm all healed I can say I love my feet. I can't wait any longer for the summer to come and show off my sexy feet that I've hidden for 10 years. I saw Dr. Zong for my bunion pain and hammertoe issues. Dr.Zong was very attentive and had great bed-side manner. He made me feel welcomed and took time and care in answering all of my questions.
